The photographs by Dean were fabulous and he spent time ensuring that every room looked amazing. Ben and Ela were thorough and enthusiastic with prospective buyers and I really appreciated how carefully they listened to all the facts/features of my property and then used this information correctly to conduct positive viewings. King Estate Agents is one of the most friendly, confident and knowledgable estate agents that we've had the pleasure of dealing with and my partner and I met quite a few. Our agent; Tom King, was confident and prompt with his communication that combined made him very accommodating. We never had to wait around for him to turn up or to get back to us whether it was by email or by phone. Tom was able to answer practically all our questions we had about the property and if he didn't know anything about it he would offer a solution as to how to get the answer. Most agents gave us the old spin of "I'll find out when I get back in to the office" and then never get back to us... Tom however would go out of his way there and then to make calls to get the answers. After the offer had been made, Tom was promptly on hand to give expert advice whenever we needed it; he introduced us to our mortgage advisor and gave us good insight into trustworthy solicitors. Tom King is a model agent that many others in the industry could definitely learn a thing or two from and it therefore comes as no surprise that King Estate Agents do so well.For me, the best aspect about King Estate Agents is how they made my partner and I feel that they genuinely cared about us finding our new home. I have had my fair share of 'pushy' estate agents, however King Estate were different, not your any old/typical sales person. They are extremely professional, considerate, polite/well mannered and very understanding. I dealt with Amelia mostly, she was amazing. Hands on everyday including during out of hours/annual leave. I would moving forward speak highly of King to everyone and I will use them again in the near future. Without their support my conveyancing/purchase wouldn't have gone any smoother.
