Properties can either be let furnished or unfurnished (unfurnished with white goods is most popular) and the rent is exclusive of all outgoings. We offer two levels of service for landlords:
Tenant FindThis service is suitable for those who are willing to manage the property themselves and collect the rent. We will find the tenants, undertake references, produce and execute the tenancy agreement, administer the deposit, produce a professional schedule of condition. Additional services such as Rent Protection Insurance and gas safety certificates can be arranged at an additional cost.
