      Having joined the company in 2002 as a part-time Sales Negotiator, Luke went onto working for the company full-time in 2003. In 2005 he entered the world of Lettings, running the reputable and successful Lettings Department. During 2013 his role changed where he became the Sales Director, responsible for the company's Oadby & Wigston Offices and in 2014 became a part owner of the business alongside Aaron Lowe & Simon Ristimaa.
