Lanes Rentals are based in Milton Keynes on the shores and overlooking the beauty of Furzton Lake in ultra modern hi tec open plan offices with ample and easy parking. The company and staff are highly focused on liaising with all the major corporate businesses in M.K. and since its inception the ethos has been to concentrate on quality business, corporate clients and consequently professional lettings.
Lanes Rentals was formed in 1998 to provide a more reliable, efficient and corporate approach to residential lettings. In 2005 the company took its most radical change of direction by closing its Sales division to allow more focus on the rental portfolio.
In 2007 Lanes acquired a second portfolio Hughes Property Management and retained all staff with its proprietor ANNE HUGHES continuing to work for Lanes on a regular consultant basis.
In 2008 Lanes offered new packages including;

TIM MILLS - Managing Director
has been in estate agency since 1985 in the M.K. area, starting his career as a negotiator at Connells and leaving in 1991 as a Board of Management Partner. Then at General Accident Property Services (now Your Move) he started up the rentals for the Milton Keynes area and left in 1998 to set up Lanes Rentals with a vision of quality & honesty.
