        Very pleased with Lawler's; I had engaged, then dismissed, 2 previous agents. We spoke to all the Lawler's staff at various stages and all performed to a consistently high standard. This suggests good training and certainly a universally positive ethos which I found lacking elsewhere. Lawler's gave a holistic service, starting with advice on presentation of the rooms for photography, even helping with moving items around.         I used Lawler & Co (Marple branch) to purchase our new family home and found Adele, Emily and Molly to be highly professional and proactive throughout the buying process.Emily first showed us the property and was excellent ie, very professional, informative and keen to help us, whilst giving us time and space to have a proper look around, unlike some competitors with other properties, who didn't seem to be interested in the job/property or felt that they had to be our shadows, pointing out just the obvious, for example, that's the bathroom...! We were chased by Lawler & Co as often as necessary and were kept up to date with developments throughout the buying process, which was far from straight forward, due to various issues with solicitors etc further down the chain.
