Chris has worked in the industry since 2002 and thrives on the thrill of achieving the client's aspirations. Growing up and living in the area, he decided to open Lawson Rose. He has extensive knowledge of the local property market which is almost second to none and is a full member of the National Association Of Estate Agents. Chris is extremely well known within the property industry in the local area and is always available to lend his advice and help in any way he can.

Liam has been involved in Estate Agency since 2003 and with Chris decided that the only place for Lawson Rose to serve the community was the area that he spent his very happy childhood. In fact, the Lawson Rose office is positioned within yards of where he first went to school. Liam's main aim for Lawson Rose was to provide a level of customer service that outshines any of the competitors both locally and further afield.

Alex brings with him more than 10 years' experience in the property industry. With Alex's previous record in a sales environment well known to the directors he was an obvious choice to join the expanding team to help grow the company further. With his enthusiastic and bouncy attitude towards the daily tasks of estate agency he has already become a favourite with the clients and a real asset to Lawson Rose.

Having previously worked for one of the cities most established Estate Agents, Emma has an abundance of knowledge and experience where the process of buying and selling property is concerned. In recent years Emma has found her forte within possibly the most important part of any agency's business, sales progression. Emma takes great pride in being the main point of contact from the moment a sale is set up, to the day the keys to your new home are handed over. Communication is a key role in sales progression and Emma will always be happy to assist to keep the process moving in a forward direction dealing with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers on a daily basis. Having joined the Lawson Rose team in 2019, Emma is excited to be part of our growing success.

Daniel has enjoyed a successful career in agency and has in excess of 10 years' experience within the Portsmouth property market. Whilst proving himself as an accomplished negotiator and lister, Daniel has since found that his real passion and skill set is found on the marketing side of the business. Having previously shown great enthusiasm in enhancing the already high quality marketing package on offer with Lawson Rose, it was only right for the continued growth of the business that Daniel moved into a role that enabled him to focus almost solely on the presentation of the property. As our Marketing Manager, Daniel prepares your home for market in the most professional and impressive manor. His photography stands out from the rest, he not only makes the very most of the more practical shots but is always keen to show a little more of your home with an artistic flare, where he can. At point of contact with Daniel he will always look to provide the very best advice on how to present your home for the photo shoot along with ideas on how the home should be set for when the viewings take place. Daniel and his photography skills are a huge asset to Lawson Rose and they are a major part of the companies identity.

When joining the Lawson Rose team in the summer of 2019, Steve had already enjoyed a successful start to his Estate Agency career with a well-recognised Hampshire based corporate Estate Agent. Wanting to progress his career further and on a slightly different path of which only an independent agent could offer, he set his sights on Joining us in Southsea. Steve's enthusiasm for matching the appropriate property to each individual buyer is second to none and within his first full month he was instrumental in aiding the team to a record breaking sales month. With a passion for sales and a mindset very much on the importance of customer service, Steve's always happy to help when considering your future property needs.
