We are an independent sales and lettings agency based in Chorley, we let and manage properties within Chorley, Horwich, Euxton, Whittle-le-Woods, Clayton-le-Woods, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and surrounding areas.
We specialise in larger more modern family homes as found on Buckshaw Village. We also manage modern apartments and fully refurbished terraced homes.
Our aim is to find the most appropriate tenant for your property, who will be fully referenced, by proving their credit and employment status, and references from previous landlords.
What we donít do is manage low quality houses, as the rental market in Chorley has many high quality tenants looking for high quality houses.

Your property should be presented to the highest standard possible to secure an early tenancy. We can advise you on all aspects of furnishings, fittings and decorations. Recommend contractors to assist with any remedial work or improvements prior to your property being made available for letting. We would also suggest that prior to letting you have the property and carpets professionally cleaned. The garden should also appear well tended.
