To find a suitable tenant for a property, we go to great lengths to ensure firstly, the quality of a tenant, and secondly that we facilitate the tenant moving in as quickly as possible.
Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will deal with all of the following:
Referencing via the top independent referencing company in the UK
Legally binding Tenancy Agreements including Company Tenancy Agreements.
Ensuring that the property is ready for occupation
Full property management and rent collection (if required)
Our friendly Lettings Professionals are able to facilitate the smooth transition between a tenancy first being agreed, through to move-in and beyond as we have a dedicated team who are here to help you, whether you be the property owner or the tenant.
