    THINKING OF SELLING?

Linnet are not your conventional agent.

Unlike most agents, we don't go for quantity - rather quality homes

We understand your home is probably your largest asset, so we'll help you maximise the sale potential of your property by offering honest, helpful suggestions to make your home more appealing (if appropriate), how to stage your home for photographs to maximise the impact on web portals and sales details.

Pictures paint a thousand words and so we prefer to "show" your home rather than talk about it, so all our properties have professional photography.

We will provide you with prompt and honest feedback and work with you to achieve the best sale and help you move on.
