    Billy Sio - Founder
    Lixing was founded by Billy Sio, an experienced property consultant who's been advising investors in London for nearly ten years.

    He's brokered over £250 million of property deals, and won the Top Sales Consultant Award at JLL in 2016 and 2017. He's also a member of NAEA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for estate agents.

    Billy speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He was educated in China and Canada, and he's worked in the UK for over 10 years. He has a BA in Philosophy and History of Art from University College London. He loves meeting people from all over the globe, and has built an extensive network of investors across Europe and Asia.

    Robert Ryan - Senior Property Consultant
    Robert Ryan has spent over six years living and working in cities all across China, where he's grown an expansive network of professional links with mainland Chinese clients.

    He's a long-time Sinophile who holds an MA in Sinology from the University of Würzburg in Germany, including an exchange semester at Peking University.He's fluent in English, Mandarin and German, and he's a member of ARLA Propertymark, the UK's largest professional body for letting agents.

    During his time in China, he worked as a translator for European companies bringing business into the country, as well as a number of customer service roles in Beijing, Xiamen, and Hangzhou.

    Winnie Chan - Office Manager
    Winnie Chan has over ten years' extensive experience in client relations and administration, working for a range of property brands across both the UK and Hong Kong.

    She's the essential co-ordinator behind the scenes at Lixing, connecting our clients on both sides of the globe, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our London-based property consultancy.

    Winnie is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with a background in both translation and international sales and support - and she holds a BA in International Hospitality from the University of Brighton.

    Dennis Lam - Property ConsultantDennis Lam has over 6 years' experience in client relations, working across a number of high-profile tech companies in Hong Kong.

    As well as being Lixing's resident tech wizard, he's also an award-winning salesperson, with an extensive track record of guiding his happy clients towards their goals.#

    Dennis is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and holds a Master's in Information Technology from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a BA in International Hospitality from Northumbria University.

    With almost ten years' experience in marketing and branding, Secrea Liu has an extensive background in connecting sellers with the right buyers.

    She's worked with hundreds of clients across more than 20 countries (including the UK and China), and she's now using that vast experience as a Property Consultant at Lixing - helping our clients to get the highest exposure and the best prices for their properties.

    Before moving to London, Johanna demonstrated her versatility by managing a holiday lettings business in Ibiza, Spain, and working as an estate agent in her hometown of Tallinn, Estonia. These experiences refined her administrative and customer support skills, thereby enhancing her performance in both sales and lettings.Beyond her professional accomplishments, Johanna is a polyglot, fluent in English, Estonian, Spanish, and Russian, which positions her well in multicultural environments.

    Ryan So is an expert translator and a high-achieving graduate, with a background in administration and government housing in both London and Hong Kong.

    He's the dedicated Property Manager for our clients at Lixing, acting on behalf of our landlords to keep their tenants happy and their properties running smoothly.Ryan is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with a First Class BA in Translation from Lingnan University Hong Kong that included a semester in Canada at the University of Waterloo.

    In his spare time, he volunteers his translation services to charitable organisations in Hong Kong, as well as providing English tuition to children from underprivileged families.

    Christina Huang - Property Consultant
    Christina Huang has more than 10 years' experience in property development, working with clients from all over the world on projects ranging from £500k to £20 million.

    Drawing from her background as an international trader between China and the UK, she works directly with investors and property developers, guiding and advising them through the buying process while helping them with the design and implementation of their development projects.

    Christina has studied in both China and England, earning an MSc in Administration and Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire - and she's also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and English.

    She loves building new relationships with people from every part of the world, and hopes to use her wealth of extensive property development experience to serve Lixing's international clients.
