We will contact our landlords at least weekly, to update them on progress - from marketing the property, to identifying a suitable tenant from our existing tenant list; you will be kept in the picture every step of the way.
We will proactively find tenants to record in our database, so that we instantly have reliable tenants who may be ready and waiting for your property.
We will offer security to our landlords, in the reliability of their tenant by assuring that every applicant will be screened (including a credit check, employers reference and personal reference) for which the tenant will be charged an administration fee.
We will draw up a 6 month short term tenancy agreement, which the tenant and landlord will sign and receive a copy of, with a third copy being retained by ourselves.
We will collect the first months rent and a deposit from the tenant on behalf of the landlord and can arrange gas and electric safety certificates where required.
If required, we can even arrange an informal, private meeting between tenant and landlord to agree/discuss any finer points, at our offices.
