United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its reach in prime central London with the opening of a new office at 62-64 Fulham Road, SW3.

The Chelsea office will work alongside the long-established Mayfair office on Conduit Street, to increase its coverage of the capital and respond to the international market’s demand for prime luxury property in the popular districts of Chelsea, Kensington, Fulham, Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Notting Hill and the fashionable London villages.

The new office will be headed up by Sophie Panizzo, who has been with Sotheby’s International Realty since 2004. She is joined by a dedicated team of eight experienced and energetic specialists covering Residential Sales, Lettings, Land & New Homes, Referrals & International Relocation. Key members of the Chelsea office team include residential development expert Russell Taylor, and The Marquis of Headfort, who is a senior consultant to Sotheby’s exclusive private client base.

The United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty story began in Sloane Street; with the opening of the first UK office here twelve years ago, “it is fantastic to be returning to our roots in Chelsea where we have a wealth of long-standing contacts and inside knowledge of the area.” comments Sophie.
