    Louise Saunders - Director
    Louise Saunders grew up in St Albans and went to St Albans High School, so has an excellent local knowledge. She has an MA from Edinburgh University and a second MA in Property Valuation and Law from City University in London. Louise Saunders MA MA MRICS is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in property for over 15 Years. Having been an estate agent in St Albans, she then worked for one of the 'big four' real estate advisory companies in their Mayfair office. Louise is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

    Oliver Crudgington - Sales Director
    Oliver has a wealth of experience in estate agency and a passion for customer service. Having trained with a leading estate agents in London, selling elite property for the busiest estate agency in Europe, he discovered a keen interest in property. He then worked for an estate agency in St Albans, where he lives and knows the city and surrounding area inside out. Integrity, tenacity and a real love of the area is at the heart of Oliver's work ethos. He is enthusiastic and motivated to find the best marketing tools to ensure that all properties are marketed to their full potential.

    George has a real passion for property, having managed a portfolio of buy to let properties. He joins Louise Saunders following a role at Foxtons in London. Working for a growing boutique agency in St Albans was a real attraction. He values the professionalism and passionate approach offered by the team. Outside of work George enjoys rugby, sailing, snowboarding and cooking!

    Dawn Carrington - Officer Coordinator
    Dawn has been living and working in St. Albans for the last 16 years. She has extensive experience of working in the property and commercial industry in St. Albans. Dawn has an important role running the office, and working closely with our clients (to coordinate home viewings dates and contacting interested buyers to arrange viewing appointments). She also provides prompt feedback following viewings, feeding back comments from buyers.

    Laura has been a St. Albans resident since 2006. She is responsible for producing all the Property brochures. This involves attending client meetings to ensure that she gets to know a property and an in-depth understanding of a seller's needs and requirements. With this insight she is able to write well scripted and accurate property descriptions to ensure that all our properties are marketed to the same high standard and facilitate buyers to make an accurate assessment of a property before the scheduled viewing.
