Called into the Gravesend office to be greeted by two delightful ladies. it was a "cold" call as we had a transaction to complete which had nothing to do with them and certainly with no gain for their services ! I never feel that i am a nuisance . A recent problem dealing with a slight gas leak which resulted in gas being turned off to the property , during the cold period we all experience resulting in us having no heating or hot water until the next day , Steph one of the staff, worked extremely hard to beg and persuade a professional fitter to come after he finished his working day to get these working safely until the next day , we were extremely impressed .
