M & M Properties is a family run business which was established in 2000, initially concerned with letting family owned properties in Leicestershire. Over the years we have progressed to letting properties throughout the East Midlands.
The business has developed from purely lettings to the purchasing of land and developing residential accommodation for both the letting market and also re-sale.
We offer what we believe is a unique personal service in a letting market which is driven by pure profit. Our rates of business are if not one of the lowest on offer today. We also include the ability to insure Landlords properties again at rates that are extremely competitive. We use one of the largest credit checking companies for referencing.
Property checks are completed on a very regular basis and are extremely thorough, we use only quality workmen to conduct any repairs at competitive prices.
