    Mark Roberts is the founder, owner and driving force behind M2. A local man through and through, Mark has an unrivalled knowledge of the area. An estate agent for 30 years, Mark's experience is undisputed. During this time he has changed the course of many people's lives and counts this as the standout part of his role. Mark has lived in Monmouthshire all of his working life and during this time, has come to be regarded as the authority on property matters as well as the go-to agent. With countless contacts, Mark is very much on the pulse when it comes to knowing which homes are coming to market and has an insane talent for matching people to property. Friends, colleagues and clients describe him as friendly, always approachable and ultra professional. Known for his integrity, honesty and fair opinions, Mark is well respected and well loved within the community. Inherently hardworking, Mark's enthusiasm and drive to sell your property is relentless as are his impeccable communication and negotiation skills. Mark is the proud father of four children and a very young grandfather of one too.     Nicola has been immersed in the estate agency business since 1999 settling in Wales in 2013. Nicola's fantastic drive, determination and attention to detail ensures a seamless journey for all of Usk's clients. Excelling in organisation and problem solving, Manager Nicola loves to turn her clients' dreams into reality. Never one to miss a trick, Nicola once managed to turn one sale into six. When not sharing her expertise in Usk, Nicola can be found walking her much-loved pack of dogs. She also takes a keen interest in renovation and interior design and regularly exchanges tips with her clients.

    With 20 years retail experience, Heidi has recently made her move into estate agency. She has definitely made the right decison and says that her job is never boring. In fact, each day is completely different. She loves building relationships with clients and getting to know Usk residents ensuring they receive the best possible service. Slightly accident-prone (she once inadvertently ate dog biscuits) and obsessed with the TV game show Family Fortunes, Heidi has a magnetic personality. Outside of work Heidi is a bit of a gym bunny yet also finds time for her young son and the odd colouring book too.
