Established in 2004 MTM Property Services has grown into a market leader for the provision of student accommodation for the Brighton area. Our office is situated on the Lewes Road, in the heart of Brighton's student community. We have over 250 properties ranging from studio flats to nine bedroom houses, suitable for both student and professional tenants.
Over 50% of our team are graduates with the Director and Manager having both graduated from Brighton University so we understand thoroughly the process of finding accommodation. MTM comprises of a team of 10, with a combined experience of over 25 years in lettings and buy-to-let. Additionally, the owner of MTM has been a landlord for 15 years and has acquired a large portfolio of student properties
We use our experience to ensure the process is as easy and painless as possible for you whether you’re a first time or experienced landlord or tenant. MTM Property Services is a member of UKALA (UK Association of Letting Agents) and the NLA (National Landlord Association) and work with ‘Mydeposits’ for the registration of all deposits.
We always use an independent inventory company and our tenancy agreement has been approved by Brighton & Hove City Council Trading Standards Service and complies with the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
