Nestled on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park with a population of approximately 13,000 residents, Ivybridge is ideally located for a wide variety of walks and outdoor pursuits with an abundance of countryside, woodland and riverside scenery to explore.
Ivybridge is conveniently located just off the main A38 road. There is a local train network providing easy access, to Plymouth and Exeter as well as providing easy commuting to London Paddington, the Midlands and the North. The regional airport of Plymouth is approximately 15 miles away and provides many national and European flights. The commute to Exeter and Bristol airports for wider international air travel is also easy using the M5 motorway. Plymouth town centre is located approximately 12-15 miles away from Ivybridge and has its own unique blend of shopping facilities, but for more extensive shopping Exeter is only a short commute away.
Ivybridge has fantastic education facilities catering for all age ranges, there are four primary schools and a Community College. The excellent reputation of both the primary and secondary schools has continued to encourage people from far and wide to choose the area as their principal residence. Fore Street is the hub of the town offering a wide range of shops and facilities including a leisure centre, local post office, supermarket and restaurant. The South Dartmoor Leisure Centre is in the centre of Ivybridge and offers the local residents various facilities at their finger tips. In addition, any keen golfers can enjoy the leisure facilities of Dinnaton Golf Club which includes a 9 hole golf course set within the beautiful south hams countryside as well as swimming and gym facilities. Ivybridge has also just seen the completion of the Watermark Center, with its library and cinema facilities it has been a welcomed addition that local residents are already enjoying.

The Ivybridge office is located within the Glanvilles Mill precinct and has been established here since January 2001.
Over the years, hard work and dedication, along with a growing reputation for excellent customer services and continued success with matching buyers to their dream home has led to us becoming the Leading Estate Agent within the town.
After five years of growth and expansion with high volumes of sales under our belt, we felt the time had come to give our office a much needed facelift. Therefore in 2006, the office had a complete overhaul to create a modern office with up to date technology designed intentionally as a haven to allow clients to relax whilst discussing their buying or selling needs.
