The instruction to market the property must be accepted by Mansell McTaggart, not to be unreasonably withheld. 3. Entrants must allow a ‘for sale/under offer/sold’ board to be displayed at their property, from instruction until completion. Properties with leases, covenants or other legal restrictions that prevent such a board from being displayed are exempted from this condition. 4. The winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity, following collection of their cheque. The winner agrees that their a photograph of them, their name and town of residence (but not full address) can be used in publicity. 5. The prize is a cheque for £7000, with no VAT applicable. 6. The draw will be made by a person independent of Mansell McTaggart in the seven days after 1st April 2017. 7. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone call, and must collect the cheque in person from their local Mansell McTaggart branch within 30 days of being notified. 8.If the cheque is not collected within 30 days of notification, another winner will be chosen, with the same conditions applying. 9.
