Marlows Lettings specialises in letting all types of property from one bedroom studio flats to detached country residences in Farnham and surrounding areas including Hindhead, Alton, Bentley, Ash, Ash Vale, Aldershot and the villages of Elstead, Churt, Frensham and Tilford.
Our friendly and helpful staff are all ARLA trained and qualified and will listen carefully to the requirements of both tenants and landlords alike in order to provide a first class professional service with client satisfaction our top priority. We believe that many letting agencies have now grown too large to give the level of customer service that most people want - there is nothing more frustrating than to be met with recorded messages requesting your patience and then be put through to someone who either doesn’t know anything about your property or is incapable of dealing with your request. This situation will not arise at Marlows. The company intends to limit the number of properties on its books so that it can guarantee a uniquely personal service to landlords and be on hand to answer queries either by telephone, fax or email throughout the day.
