Martin French & Co has been operational in Norwich for 20 years, being operated by Martin French, a chartered accountant, and a team of fully trained experienced staff. Conducting viewings as required.

Selection of tenants pending acceptance of references.

Taking up comprehensive references for tenants including where necessary guarantor references.

Preparation of ingoing and outgoing inventories as required.

Collection of deposits and rents.

Payments of rents to landlords by electronic transfer.

Provision of a 24 hour call out service for tenants.

Quarterly property inspections.

Availability of tradesmen on a competitive pricing structure with access to local trade accounts benefitting from our agreed discount terms.

Maintaining the smooth day to day running of the property, liaising with tenant as required and landlords where necessary.

There are NO hidden charges in our service. Our commission covers all of the above with no separate charges for other individual services.
Due to our low administration charges to ingoing tenants we are often recommended as fair agents and subsequently retain many of our better tenants looking to upgrade their accommodation, and attract new tenants by word of mouth.

Preparation of accounts for your property and/or tax returns is available, pricing of such being in relation to the complexity of the landlords affairs and the necessary works.

We offer a free valuation of your letting property and advice on how best to present your property.

Our aim is to take the worry of letting your property out of your hands, we are a pro-active agent, actively looking for new tenants and landlords.

We do not advertise for new properties or landlords, our growth is based on recommendations from our existing landlords; this has resulted in our greatest growth being achieved in the last twelve months.
