Directors Mark Roberts & Julie Caudle are two of the most experienced estate agents on the Isle of Wight. They purchased Marvins in the early 1990's and under their stewardship the company has steadily become one of the most established names on the Isle of Wight with branches in Newport, Ryde, Freshwater & Cowes.
Combining forces with Steve Webb & Mark Jenkins in 2010 to promote the Marvins brand name through their offices in Shanklin & Ventnor, formerly known as Webb & Jenkins, they will create the largest independent residential Estate Agent name on the Isle of Wight. Steve and Mark have a combined experience in the property business of close to 40 years spanning the whole of the Island but more recently concentrating on the South Wight areas.
Between them all is a wealth of experience and knowledge. The promotion of the brand name will enable Marvins to offer comprehensive coverage of the Isle of Wight through six offices along with letting & commercial departments. This exciting new venture proving we are a proactive, progressive company with a clear focus on the future.
