    Once your offer is accepted and you have provided all the relevant information to us, the property will be taken off the market in your favour. You will then need to instruct a solicitor and the process will begin.

    Our dedicated after sales Client Manager David Starling, along with your solicitor, will keep you updated during the process. A survey will be arranged, usually through your mortgage company, plus an additional detailed survey, should you choose to have one.

    Before exchange of contracts your solicitor will ask for your deposit. Once that has been paid and cleared you will exchange contracts with a completion date agreed.
