To provide this hassle-free approach to home search, Jayne needs to know her client’s needs, wants and whims which obviously differ hugely. “Sometimes people need to avoid certain types of property or area due to allergies or phobias – a recent client had a frog phobia and therefore couldn’t live near a stream or pond! We also help many clients who have disabilities or mobility problems. We have recently helped a family whose father had MS and obviously needed somewhere with level access to property and be able to accommodate a wheelchair inside. Agents were still sending them to view properties with flights of steps up to the front garden for example.
