    When you book a viewing with Michael Tuck Estate Agents we will confirm by telephone or email the date, time, address and who will be conducting the viewing.

    You will also receive an email with a copy of the property details or we will bring a set along to the viewing.

    We aim to accompany all viewings with a knowable and trained member of staff who will meet you outside the property at the allotted time.

    After the viewing, normally the following day, we will also call you to find out what you thought and how you got on with the viewing.

    It is essential that you make the most of your viewing to ensure that you are informed as much as possible prior to making an offer.

    Our 8 Top Tips for property viewing
    1. Drive past the property beforehand
    Even before the viewing and if you can it is always worth driving past property. By driving past the house and around nearby the streets allows you to get a feel for the property and the neighbourhood.

    Make a list of things that are important to you and any questions that you want to ask before the house viewing.

    We recommend that you print off and use our viewing checklist which will help make sure that you don't miss anything during the viewing.

    Go with your partner or take a friend with you. A second pair of eyes could be very handy. It's also great to have someone to bounce ideas off and have an alternative opinion.

    Miles Pledger - Branch Manager
    Another member of staff with over 20 years Estate Agency experience, 16 years of which with Michael Tuck Estate Agents, Miles brings with him a wealth of experience in all aspects of the buying and selling process. 

     Having lived in the Gloucester area himself for over 12 years, he has valuable local knowledge which proves invaluable to both Vendors and Purchasers.       When our sale ran in to difficulties, all the staff at Michael Tuck were so helpful. Toward the end of the process I was calling regularly and everyone in the office could answer my enquiries and were regularly chasing up the conveyancers on my behalf. 

      They were never too busy to be cheerful or to call me back. I think the whole thing would have fallen through because of delays if the staff had not worked so hard to keep everyone in touch and make sure that it kept moving.
