As of this morning I've now left Witham, but before I leave the page I wanted to recommend the estate agents we used as they were great and I like to give credit where it's due! I 'interviewed' a couple of estate agents before choosing Michael's Property Consultants as although the selling fees were exactly the same as others I spoke to, I felt the branch manager Steve (who did our valuation and subsequent viewings) was genuine, honest and completely transparent with the whole process which was helpful as this was our first time selling. I also liked that he was friendly towards my little boy from the start; Steve included him in the process while he was valuing the house and on subsequent visits, even when he was under his feet or trying to get his toys out to show him! I got the immediate impression that whilst Steve was entirely dedicated to his job, he wasn't a 'pushy seller' and I thought that prospective buyers would take to him well, value his opinion and could rely on him to answer any questions they had honestly, rather than glossing over things just to get a sale. I'd 100 recommend Steve at Michael's if you're considering selling your property and want someone reliable, genuine and able to close a sale!

My house was on the market for 6 months with another estate agents I switched to Michaels as they sold my neighbours property in less than a month. I am so glad I switched estate agents as they sold my house within a week of being on the market and for a price I wanted. They did all the viewings with previous estate agents I had done the majority. They were also has less expensive fees but provided a much better service. I can not fault them- any issues with solicitors they also helped to follow up and to ensure the process for exchange and completion was in an agreed time frame.
