    Catherine Higgins - Lettings Negotiator 
    Catherine has over 10 years' experience in estate agency, both residential sales and lettings, but is delighted to say that "no two days are the same" and that she continues to revel in meeting new people and seeing new properties. She also enjoys the relationship that develops with landlords, many of whose properties we have managed for years. Similarly, she derives great satisfaction from meeting tenants, when they first view properties of interest, and then on an ongoing basis thereafter, when she agrees inventories, conducts property inspections and handles day-to-day maintenance issues. Catherine lives in Halesowen, is married and has two dogs (Zuchon and Scoodle) - her "pride and joy". She loves eating out and is always up for exploring new restaurants/menus.

    Martin Gunnell - Accounts Manager
    Martin developed an early interest in real estate through his father's profession as a quantity surveyor. After graduating in economics, from Hull university, he went on to specialise in matters financial, but remains enthusiastic about property. He works particularly closely with the lettings team, where his meticulous eye for detail comes into its own in preparing contracts and controlling the client account. His outside interests include DIY and cycling.

    Tracy has been with Midcalf Nicholls since 2002 and became a partner in 2011. A graduate in surveying, she is passionate about property and is very experienced in both sales and lettings. She was born locally, lives in Kinver and takes a keen interest in community events, especially those connected with the local schools. When she's not busy overseeing the firm's busy lettings department, and with family commitments, she unleashes her enthusiasm for personal fitness.       Robert has been with Midcalf Nicholls since the firm's inception in 1992. He was born and bred in Kinver and also enjoyed, for many years, living in a Victorian house in the old quarter of Stourbridge. He is currently updating his 1950's home in Hurcott. He has a breadth of experience in all aspects of residential estate agency and remains passionate about the business. He comments, "We have a great team, both on sales and lettings, and our focus is about delivering quality results in an area we know inside out." Robert's hobbies include cycling and walking.

She's a highly motivational manager of her team and, for her, it's all about the client experience.       Jillian Danson - Sales Negotiator
      Jill is a key player at Stourbridge and loves both the buzz of agreeing a sale and the satisfaction of coaxing it through to completion. She's a mother, too, so "me time" is scarce, but she tries to indulge her passion for antique fares when she gets the opportunity - "the bigger the fare the better!"

      Oliver is our youngest member of staff and is a rising star we're all proud of. A definite people person, he enjoys nothing more than successfully matching one of his applicants to a new instruction, brokering a deal and doing his utmost to help the sale through to completion. Ollie is studying for job-related exams, so his spare time is limited but football and cars are among his passions.

      Janet Jones - Relief Negotiator/Administrator
      Janet enjoyed a full-on key role at Midcalf Nicholls until retiring in 2015. She now provides much-appreciated relief work on an ad hoc basis. With personal experience of moving house no less than 9 times, she fully appreciates the stress that some clients go through. She revels in being able to lessen their anxieties and offer a sympathetic ear during the buying and selling process. Janet also stays busy with voluntary work and family commitments, but, in her spare time, she loves travelling and finds time to tend her large garden.

      Lynne is kept busy as one of the firm's viewing agents, specializing in showing properties to prospective purchasers. Very much a people person, she is adept at putting viewers at ease, as well as highlighting the features of the property to them, and she revels in meeting people from all walks of life, some of whom are making key decisions for their future. When she's not "busy with her husband, boys and cats" she does voluntary work, to includes running a keep fit class for over 55's (with some attendants who she's proud to say are in their 80's) and is vice chairman of the local senior citizens' association.
