Sarah Allen, the manager, began her estate agency career in the town in 1989 remaining in the locale for some 17 years with just a short interlude living and working in France.
Sarah is supported by Penny Churcher, who has a wealth of experience, particularly specialising in creek side and country homes and is a very familiar face around town.
Sally Hardy originates from Falmouth and is another well known and familiar face. Sally specialises in contacting potential purchasers and vendors by phone and email. Sally is recognised for her diligence and is a natural ‘people person’.
Richard Dryden has been living in Falmouth for many years and has been in estate agency for approximately 10 years. An experienced negotiator having studied for the technical award in the sale of residential property and is a member of the National Associaton of Estate Agents. Richard has worked throughout west Cornwall and brings knowledge and enthusiasm to our busy Falmouth office.
Paul Gander commenced his Estate Agency career in Buckinghamshire back in 1987, moving to Cornwall in 1996. During his time in the industry he has developed extensive knowledge and a strong passion for village and rural properties, together with farms, small holdings and land.
Vanessa Hampton is our office secretary/administrator ensuring the office runs smoothly – an important and key member of the team.
