The attractive and historic market town of Liskeard is about 14 miles west of Plymouth. Serving a large surrounding rural area in South East Cornwall, the town offers a good range of facilities and is well placed for the beaches of the South Coast and recreational opportunities on Bodmin Moor. The town is providing increasingly popular with commuters to Plymouth.
Our office is situated in a prime location on Barras Street, in this busy market town, near to one of the main car parks.
Trevor Attwood, Area Manager, having over 30 years of experience in estate agency and has been with Miller & Son for over 16 years.
Sarah Trivett, Branch Manager, provides support to the office staff and carries out Market Appraisals. Sarah grew up in the local area and has been in estate agency for over 15 years and with Miller & Son in the Liskeard office for 8 years.
Claire Reynolds, Sales Negotiator, with over 3 years experience; she is proving to be a valued and dedicated member of the sales team. Claire is also a local girl, therefore being able to provide local knowledge.
Amy Smith, Branch Administrator, Amy brings excellent administrative knowledge, is a warm and friendly member of the team.
Janice Bevins, Lettings Manager, NFOPP Level 3 qualified - provides excellent knowledge for all our landlords and tenants and she heads the Letting Department within the office, completing the team is Lettings negotiator Sheila Fields.
