Moreys opened on 2nd May 2011; we were the first Estate Agency to open on the High Street in Ibstock, Leicestershire in 25 years. Due to our success are relocating to Ashby De La Zouch official opening 14Th April 2012.

Moreys are very proactive in our approach to selling and marketing your property. We aim to have your property on our website and Righmove within 24 hours of coming on the market, also your property will be in our window within 24 hours of coming on the market and draft particulars sent out to you within 48 hours.
Your property will be submitted for a feature in the Coalville / Ashby Mail and advertised every 2 months or so. Social Media is the way forward and here at Moreys we are moving with the times. Your property will have a QR Code on the For Sale board, a video uploaded onto YouTube, advertised on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. A lot of our leads do in fact come from the social networking sites. We are seeing more results by using these methods than the traditional way.
