    When you start your hunt to buy a property, make sure you register with Morfitt Smith - either through our website, or by phoning or visiting our office. As new properties meeting your criteria come on the market, we'll alert you by email and/or telephone. If you are interested in viewing a property, contact us quickly as our properties don't hang around for long!

    When, or ideally before, you start your property hunt, it's worth making sure you have your finances in place. If you have money in savings or shares, make sure you can access them easily and that there aren't any fixed timelines to withdrawal.     Having successfully grown MorfittSmith as part of the new breed of exclusive, independent, local agents he is getting back to what he does best - providing a bespoke, caring service to each and every client who walks through our doors. He has always understood that buying or selling your home isn't about the building it is all about the people.

    When he's not working, which is not very often, John enjoys socialising and eating out, although his favourite hobby, housing, often draws his attention back to the latest new listings.

    Paul has led the charge in the continued innovation and reinvention of MorfittSmith. Evolving the business far beyond what you would expect from your "usual estate agent". 

    His complete redesign and renovation of our new offices has only just begun. The first stage breathed life back into a forgotten building in the heart of Hillsborough transforming it into the stunning MorfittSmith Building. The next stage of the development is part of our green heart initiative and promises a very bright future for the business.

    Paul's motto to life is "If it exists in my mind, it must be achievable!".

    In his spare time, he can usually be found managing the renovations of his own home, joined in the garden by Pixie and Lola as well as the ducks, chickens and occasionally John.

    Rachel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our residential sales team, with over 17 years' experience within the industry.
