    Our city centre team of around 30 are based at 1 Dock Street, just across the bridge from the Malmaison Hotel. When we moved here in 2005, it was an unfashionable part of town but just a few years later, we feel as if we're right at the heart of things.

    One Dock Street is home to our accomplished team of rentals negotiators, our customer services and property management teams. Our commitment to our clients and customers is evidenced by our working week - we are open until 8pm four nights a week and over 62 hours a week in total, 25% longer than our nearest competitor.

Our 5000 square foot work space is fitted out to the highest standard for the comfort and enjoyment of our clients and staff alike.

    We pride ourselves on high service levels and aspire to out-perform our peers in the market place. We have retained our team of around 30 throughout the downturn and have actually added to it in recent years.

    We understand that we will sometimes make mistakes and, if we do, we will always admit it and do all we can to put things right. Our best business has come through recommendation and this is something we intend to build on in years to come

    We invest heavily in Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation and other online initiatives, but we are not scared of getting our hands dirty with some door to door leafleting if conditions demand it.
