Alternatively you may prefer our Fully Managed - One Flat Fee Service. We charge you just one flat fee once we have let the property, taken out of the first months rent, then you know every month you are getting 100% of the rent. We will even arrange a direct debit so the tenant pays you direct, so you are not having to wait. You still have the fully managed service and we will still chase any rent payments should the need ever arise.
