    Our sales teams have all lived and worked in the area for many years and have the experience and local knowledge to price your property accurately. If a property is realistically valued it will create strong interest, often generating multiple offers leading to a final sale price in excess of the initial guide price.

    However, selling your house isn't just about finding a buyer for your home. You need to know that we have obtained the best possible price for you and that we will work tirelessly on your behalf to take your sale through to completion.

    Once offers are received, we will investigate the chain and make recommendations ensuring that the buyers have their finances in place to proceed with the purchase. Then, when an offer is accepted, we hand the sales over to one of our dedicated Sales Progressors who work closely with all parties in the chain, including the solicitors, surveyors, estate agents, etc, throughout the entire sales process. They frequently chase missing paperwork, help resolve any legal issues, facilitate surveys and organise damp and electrical reports. As a result of their troubleshooting and regular contact with buyers and sellers, they see significantly more sales through to exchange at the original price agreed in, on average, 10 weeks against a national average of around 4 months.
