    My Lets is an independent family owned and run letting agency based in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex. As a locally based company we can draw upon over 25 years of experience and knowledge of letting in the Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas.

    Being an Independent Agent is very important to us, it enables us to have the flexibility to meet all our clients individual needs and adapt to each different situation presented. All the staff are not only highly professional, but also well informed and friendly. As a team we are fully equipped to deal with all aspects of lettings for both Landlords and Tenants. As part of our continuing attention to professionalism and excellent customer care, we have a dedicated to Accounts and Maintenance department.

    We believe it is important that as part of our management service, that you have one point of contact that you can refer to with your enquires.     Kirsten Baiden-Amissah - Lettings Manager

    I have worked in residential lettings in Brighton and Hove for 16 years now. After graduating from Brighton University I was presented with a full time job opportunity in lettings. I starting as a negotiator and progressed quickly up through the ranks. Having worked in all aspects of the business from the ground up I have a wide ranging and comprehensive knowledge of the industry which not only allows me, but also my team, to deliver a first class service to all our clients. This knowledge and experience provides the perfect foundation for, and enables me to deal with, any and every situation that may arise in a calm and professional manner.     Why did I get into Lettings ? Whilst studying for my degree in Cultural and Historical Studies I was working part time as a PA for prominent property figure and when I graduated I was offered a full time position as a negotiator. With my interest in culture and people and the obvious need to make some pennies to pay of my student loans I jumped at the chance and I have never looked back !

    How did I get in to Lettings Industry?... As a young lad my ambition was to be a pro golfer or footballer, I was at Fulham academy from age 14-16 and played golf for Sussex and the Dyke Golf club scratch team with a handicap of 2. Unfortunately I didn't make it pro but still enjoy and play both sports for fun and at a semi pro level now. I decided to join the property sector as my competitive drive to hit goals and targets are needed in the industry, and I have an interest in properties.

    Bryony Long - Property Manager

    Born and bred in Brighton I started my career as a hairdresser and make-up artist and really enjoyed the varied fast paced work. I have always been interested in the property industry and after leaving make up for something nearer to home I decided to take a leap of faith and start a career in property. My interest turned into a love which flourished and I quickly progressed, starting as a Lettings Negotiator and quickly worked my way up through the ranks managing a portfolio of properties as well as sourcing potential investment opportunities. I have recently joined the team as a property manager and although my experience spans just two years, my obvious passion for the property industry as well as my willingness to help people and do a job properly more than makes up for it. I have almost finished the renovation on my house I have just purchased and I am already looking to buy an investment property.I absolutely love fashion and when I am not working on my house I am designing and making my own clothing and jewellery.
