    A substantial amount of properties we manage are owned by persons who are temporarily overseas, and therefore we have access to the facility of fax and e-mail for ease of contact.

    Our accounting system is fully computerised and we are able to offer in-house facilities to include an inventory of fixtures and fittings, supported by video footage, and our Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. If we draw up the tenancy agreement, you are welcome to have this approved by your solicitor.

    Our wide range of residential lettings has given us a unique fund of experience and an enormous range of contacts ensuring that we are able to arrange lettings quickly at the highest possible monthly rates.

    When letting residential accommodation, it must be accepted that a speculative venture is being undertaken as tenants sometimes do not adopt the same standards of care and attention that an owner/occupier would.
