In addition to this we also advertise in both the Lancashire Evening Post and The Chorley Guardian to ensure the property is available to the widest possible audience.
We offer two levels of service to accommodate the differing needs of each landlord, ranging from a let only service to the fully managed option.
We also offer additional services including; an in house epc and home information pack provider and landlord and tenant insurance products.
