    Darron Stone - Branch Manager
    Darron has been an Estate Agent for 27 years having worked at various locations during his career including working for a long established agricultural and equestrian country agent in Cornwall.

    The vast majority of his career has been spent in Pangbourne and Newbury and this, coupled with the fact that he lives in the Bucklebury area, has made him extremely conversant with the local market and in particular the villages in between Pangbourne and Newbury, otherwise known as the Pang Valley. 

    He prides himself on providing his clients with good old fashioned service together with sound, honest advice. His philosophy is that if you do an excellent job for someone, the rest will follow. This is evident by the number of complimentary testimonials we receive and the amount of repeat business we enjoy. 

    He is a family man with two children who both attended a local primary school. He has worked at the Neville Turner office in Pangbourne since 2007. Amongst his interests are walking in the beautiful West Berkshire countryside and visiting family in the West Country where he enjoys body boarding on the stunning North Cornish coast.

    Nicole Alder - Lettings Manager
    Nicole Alder has been with Neville Turner for two years, having worked in both the Neville Turner Pangbourne and Sansome & George West Reading offices. Now she is predominantly based in our Pangbourne office. 

    Nicole has a background within the pre-tenancy department, property management and accounts side of the business. She oversees the compliance and administrative side of the lettings business and has worked in the property industry since 2008 having previously worked in property management and pre-tenancy/compliance operations with a well established Reading firm. 

    Nicole is from Reading and like the rest of the team understands the local market comprehensively and is well placed to advice on local property related matters in particular relating to lettings and the complex compliance processes that are associated with administering a tenancy agreement and ensuring landlords are fully protected. 

    Nicole has strong attention to detail, an excellent grasp of the lettings administration process and understands the needs of both landlords and tenants in ensuring both sides are protected to comply with all legislative requirements made by the industry. She is also currently studying for her Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) qualification.

    Jane Webb - Senior Sales Negotiator
    Having lived in Reading all her life, Jane has in-depth local knowledge of the Tilehurst and Calcot areas along with surrounding villages.  Jane has been involved in the industry since the late 90's after selling a pub in south Oxfordshire and has a good deal of experience. 

    Jane is a well-liked and much admired member of staff and is very consistent with her work, as well as being very versatile fulfilling different roles within our offices. 

    Jane lives locally with her partner Les and her son Alex who is soon to be taking up a career in engineering. Outside of the office Jane takes a keen interest in property renovation, family history and has run a cat and small animal care business in the Reading area.

    Barbara Legg - Sales Co-ordinator
    Having worked and lived in the Middle East, London and the Thames Valley over the last 30 years as an Executive PA, Barbara has experienced varied cultures and lifestyles which have nurtured her keen interest in buying and renovating properties. For 6 years she owned her own antique and soft furnishing shop in Kingsclere called 'By Appointment' before moving to Pangbourne and joining the team at Neville Turner. 

    Her own home reflects her passion for property both old and new, as well as her love of interior design. she believes that everyone's home is their castle. Working with the team at Neville Turner gives her the opportunity to meet people who are both buying and selling their home, which is emotionally challenging. From 1st time buyers to veteran home owners, she hopes she can add a personal touch and understanding as to what people's needs are when looking for property and help them through the process from my own experiences.
