Nevin & Wright, Distinctive Homes
Following the success of opening Nevin & Wright in 2002 and implementing a successful lettings department, we decided to offer a service to our clients who perhaps have a more distinctive or larger property than most, thus aiming for the more select purchaser of whom there are many. We took the decision to start our Distinctive Homes department at the beginning of 2005 and have watched it grow from strength to strength offering A3 brochures, internal photography, floor plans and eye catching boards, at no extra cost to the client. We have found this has worked extremely well in areas such as historic Lyne, Thorpe, Virginia Water, Englefield Green and indeed certain parts of Egham.
