  • Introduction

    Bexhill branch
    Oakfield opened our doors in Bexhill in March 2010 and we pride ourselves on our wealth of in-depth local knowledge in addition to our awareness of the market.

    We have a large, vibrant office located in a prime position on the corner of Sackville Road in the town center of Bexhill.

    We have a highly experienced, dedicated team based in Bexhill who are able to understand the individual needs of our clients whether you are selling, buying, letting out your property or looking to rent a new home.

    We take training very seriously all of our staff members are either qualified or studying for their NAEA (National Association for Estate Agents) or ARLA (Association for Residential Letting Agents).

    Chloe Fox, Branch Manager
    Chloe joined Oakfield in 2011, she quickly progressed to Lettings Negotiator where she became responsible for the running of the Lettings Department within the branch which included booking and conducting market appraisals, registering applicants, carrying out viewings, dealing with the letting of properties and organising ongoing maintenance of all managed properties. Chloe studied the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and quickly became a full member of the association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). With such drive and determination, Senior Management have noticed the enthusiasm and effort Chloe contributes to the company, and as such, this has seen her successfully progress to become Branch Manager. Primarily responsible for managing and maintaining a highly competitive and market leading agency.

    Richard Snatt, Sales Manager
    Richard has had a background in Estate Agency from 2008 when he worked in Eastbourne for a large corporate agency. Starting with a year spent in Lettings dealing with the town centre of Eastbourne, Sovereign Harbour and all the surrounding areas Richard swiftly developed a deep fascination with all aspects of property. Moving to Oakfield in February 2010 when the exciting new office was launched, Richard diversified and started dealing with Sales and realised immediately that this was the area he wanted to specialise in. Because of this he was given the opportunity to further his training by studying The Level 3 Technical Award in Estate Agency of which he became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Progressing through the ranks Richard was promoted to become the Manager of Sales in the Bexhill office and during the five years spent working there he has been thrilled to receive repeat business from previous clients who were delighted with the level of service received. Richard's role at Oakfield entails all aspects of the job including booking and conducting Appraisals, registering applicants and carrying out viewings, progression of ongoing sales and maintaining an office-wide high standard of customer service.

    Charlotte Wilkinson, Negotiator
    Charlotte's Estate Agency career began in December 2014 where she started doing 2 days a week in a small one office business. Her job role began with overseeing property maintenance and getting an insight into the business. This gave her the opportunity to learn the technicalities and terminology of the area, giving her a good starting foundation to build a career. She then began a Business Administration NVQ alongside the job. With qualifications in subjects such as Law, English, Politics, Maths and Psychology, she is easily excelling in the NVQ.Charlotte began working for Oakfield in July 2015 and although she is the newest member of the team, she is fitting in and picking things up extremely quickly. She has worked in customer service based jobs in the past which portrays through her communication skills with customers she has to deal with.Charlotte lives locally and has a vast knowledge of the surrounding area, enabling her to give insight into local, and social queries. In her free time she likes to keep up to date on social and economic issues and amateur dramatics.

    Lee is a highly motivated member of the team who is always eager to tie a sale even if it means going the extra mile. He is passionate about his work and likes customers to walk away feeling that he has done everything they could have asked for.Lee began his career in the world of sales starting in London selling various popular London attractions in toe with the top London bus tour representative. Lee gained valuable life experience whilst living and working in England's Capital.

    Linzi started working for Oakfield in August 2016, she is currently our apprentice we are teaching her all areas or Estate Agency and helping her to fulfil her Business Administration apprenticeship. Linzi is learning very quickly and proving to be a huge asset to our team. 
    When Lizni is not in the office she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
