    We have a team who can call on more than two decades' worth of experience in the Streatham & surrounding areas property market. We are delighted to say that we have helped many clients within the local community make the right move. As a company, we are driven by a desire to support the local community and we have a passion for selling and letting houses, which means we are able to put you first.

    Operating in a number of areas which include, Streatham, Streatham Vale, West Norwood, Norbury Thornton heath and Croydon, we are a team that knows the local area.     With over ten years worth of experience, James went as far as anybody could go working for the most profitable estate agent in the country. Realising that there's only so much you can alter when working within such a large corporate environment, James teamed back up with his mentor Gabriel to expand the Oaks brand and to get back to doing what he loves most; servicing vendors by listing their properties for sale and helping them achieve the very best price. Having grown up locally and having attended the local schools to boot, with no corporate shackles and unnecessary targets with no benefit to the vendor to hit; James is finally able to provide that one-on-one service that our vendors want and most importantly, deserve.

After serving his previous company for many years, winning multiple awards along the way, football fanatic George has transferred over to Oaks with the vision of winning all titles.
