    This provides you with a comprehensive letting service whilst allowing you full control to manage your property. We would advertise the property in our office, located in the heart of Headingley, and on our housing list. We would undertake accompanied viewings. We would sign the tenants up on our tenancy agreement. We would secure parental guarantor forms on all student lettings in Leeds. Once all the paperwork is complete it would be passed over to the landlords of the student properties to rent in Leeds.     2. We will take you to view a few of the properties that you pick out, don't worry you will be accompanied on your viewings, so any queries that you have can easily be answered.


    3. Once you have decided on your new home, it is back to the office to complete the paperwork. You will give us your details and you will be given a tenancy agreement to read through and then once you are happy with everything the agreement would then be signed and then the deposit and signing fee would be paid. If you have any questions at this point, please don't hesitate to ask our office staff will be more than happy to help.


    4. Following the signing of the tenancy agreement the parental guarantor forms and standing order mandates will be posted out to your parents or guardians, they would then sign and return the forms to us.
