Since taking on our first fully managed property, on the first day of our doors being open, we have built up an impressive portfolio of high quality, fully managed properties across the region.

    As a true independent we can tailor our service to meet your individual needs, whether that be simply finding you the perfect tenant or full property management we have the expertise to ensure your requirements can be met.

    Due to this flexibility, our fee, depending on the level of service required does vary but what we can promise you is that our fees are completely transparent. There are simply no additional charges and we operate a strict "No Let, No Fee" service, so in the unlikely event we are unable to find you a tenant then you wouldn't owe us a penny.

    We see it as a great honour and a testament to the standard of service we provide that a substantial proportion of our new Landlords have come on board with us through a personal recommendation from one of our existing clients.

    At Oliver James we endeavour to match you with your ideal home. We are aware that it is not easy to take time of to view properties and given the speed at which rental properties are being let, waiting until the weekend is not always an option. That is why viewings are conducted until 7pm during the weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays.

    Tenants in our managed properties are provided with staff mobile numbers should out of hours contact be required and full check in and check our procedures are completed as standard.

    In order for a tenancy to proceed we will require referencing forms be completed for each adult who intends on living at the property. This will include a credit check, employer details and any previous Landlord or Letting agent reference. We will also require copies of photo identification and proof of residency.

    Oliver is a local lad, born in Peterborough and raised in a small village called Woodwalton, situated just outside of Huntingdon. After a period of time studying in Newcastle, Oliver returned to Cambridgeshire where a passion for Estate Agency was born working for a local Independent Estate Agent in several different branches across the area. During the Summer Oliver enjoys playing cricket and has represented many local teams including Godmanchester Cricket Club, St Ives and Huntingdonshire County, although his stories of success sometime vary from what the actual statistics say!
