For Landlords we offer flexible packages all the way from tenant find only up to a fully managed service. Our fees for these services are competitive when compared to those offered by our competition and it is important to consider that the fee we quote you is not subject to any set up fees or additional charges. We believe strongly in transparency and so our fee includes all the services that we feel should be provided free of charge. Check in/Check out procedures, schedules of condition & inventory and tenancy agreements are provided in both our standard let only and fully managed service.
For the majority of tenants we realise that security of tenure is an important factor when in a tenancy and that fees charged by some other agents for tenancy renewals are extremely high. As such at Oliver James if both the Landlord and the Tenant agree to enter into a further fixed term contract then we will not charge a tenancy renewal fee to either party. Our initial admin charge is again very competitive and is the only standard fee due to ourselves for the duration of your tenancy.

There are no set up fees for the service we provide and so payment is only due on the successful let of the property.
