    I have been an estate agent since 1985 initially managing a very busy central Oxford office for 12 years for a corporate agent. Although I really loved the busy atmosphere in the centre of Oxford I felt myself becoming more interested in village property and also wanted to be closer to my home in a local village once my children were born.

    I continued to work for the same corporate agent until I had the exciting opportunity to join Oliver James as a director in 2002 and opened our North Oxfordshire office based in Kidlington dealing with the local market and specialising in Village property. I still love being an estate agent and consider myself to be a caring individual and not just a business woman. I am a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    Damian- Associate Director
    Damian has over 30 years experience in estate agency working both in the corporate sector and more recently in the independent sector having worked alongside his wife Sarah in the North Oxfordshire office of Oliver James since it was opened in 2002. Damian also has extensive experience working in sales and marketing and more recently leasehold management in the social housing sector.

    Sam Peris - Senior Negotiator
    Sam joined the Oliver James team in 2015 having worked for a corporate agency for the first part of his career in East Oxford. He entered the world of estate agency due to his passion for property. Having been brought up in a village in South Oxfordshire, he has developed a strong interest in country property, in his words "I love the layout of village cottages, as you never know what style of room could be behind the next door". Sam brings a tenacious and exciting presence to the office to ensure he achieves the very best prices for vendors. He is also responsible for the marketing material produced for each property we have for sale and has a meticulous attention to detail, not being satisfied until every photograph and brochure is as eye catching as the last to make sure your property is marketed to its upmost potential.

    Suzanne joined the Oliver James team in the North Oxfordshire office in 2015. Suzanne has worked in an independent estate agency environment for 30 years. She offers a friendly and professional service to all. Suzanne lives in a pretty Oxfordshire village nearby. She enjoys socialising with friends, and walking her rescue dogs.

    Ian Henry Sales Manager
    Ian began his career in estate agency in 1988 and has worked in both corporate and independent agencies in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. He prides himself in achieving the best prices for our clients, providing the highest levels of customer service and taking the pain out of the buying and selling process. He lives in the village of Freeland with his wife who co-owns the Jill Stew School of Dance in Witney where she teaches ballet. In his spare time Ian enjoys mountain biking and helping to raise money for local charities with the Witney Round Table.
