PCM Estate Agents quickly established themselves as the towns' number one Estate Agents, due to their dynamic, enthusiastic, professional and committed approach to selling properties for their clients. In 2016 they decided to offer the same approach to clients whom deal with lettings and opened a lettings office. In 2017 Emma Bailey joined the company as a Lettings Manager to help grow and drive the department forward. Which she has done successfully.
Tim Oliver, an established local businessman and a landlord himself of a portfolio of properties, recognised that PCM had made a huge impact on the local lettings market and, in 2019, saw the potential to grow the business further still. The decision has been made to rebrand the company, now known as Oliver & Bailey, to differentiate themselves as a Letting Agent, whilst still working closely with PCM Estate Agents, who continue to be the towns number one estate agent.
