Being specialistsin their field, your Sales Associate will have prepared a presentation and will attend your Market Appraisal armed with research and current and historic market evidence to endorse the potential marketing value of your property.

    The asking oprice should reflect expectations of the sale in relation to your personal situation, timescales, future purchases etc, along with prevailing market conditions and comparible properties locally.

    All these factors, along with own personal considerations will be key in deciding a realistic asking price.
