As the most important people in our business our aim has always been to gain our sellers the best price possible for their home in as little time as possible. To achieve this goal we have invested in state of the art technology, experienced staff and strategically placed comfortable offices for buyers and sellers alike to be able to come in and browse with expert sales negotiators on hand 6 days a week to provide detailed knowledge of the house selling & buying process.
How do we back up what we offer?
Unlike the rest of our competitors who promise the earth, then lock their clients into lengthy agency agreements that charge them for advertising, for sale board and other extras within the contract, even if they are not happy, our agency agreement is as follows:
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IF WE FIND A BUYER FOR YOUR HOME AND YOU CANNOT PROCEED TO EXCHANGE CONTRACTS, WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU. THERE IS NO CATCH!
