Wincanton is in East Somerset, close to the Dorset and Wiltshire borders and is surrounded by picturesque countryside. It is an old market town that was located on the ancient 'Fosseway' and therefore developed originally as a travellers' rest. The town centre has predominantly old buildings with more modern dwellings on the outskirts. The office covers the town as well as the surrounding villages up to an 8 miles radius.
It is well known for its National Hunt Race Course and within the town there are good local amenities.
In the town there is a mix of modern and old property, whilst the surrounding villages have a selection of traditional houses and cottages, some of which benefit from rural views.
