Palmers Country Homes Limited is a local, independent Residential Lettings and Property Management Agency based in Eye Suffolk and covering the Eye, Debenham and Stradbroke area of Mid Suffolk.
It’s Directors Julie and Steve Palmer have lived and worked in the area for many years and this coupled with their legal training makes them fully aware of the nuances of both rural and urban property. Our aim is to manage property for optimum performance, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various Landlord and Tenant Regulations.
Our links with reputable local trades people mean that we are able to offer a 24 hour emergency call out service throughout the area.
We pride ourselves in offering a personal professional and friendly service including advice on Regulations and all other aspects of property letting.
In addition to our local services, we are part of a UK-wide network of independent but associated Letting and Managing Agents, thus enabling us to offer an efficient national relocation service, and we are able to assist both individual and corporate clients, from within the UK and abroad.
