Andrew - Partner

As co-founder and Partner at Parks, Andrew has been here since the very beginning. Starting in the estate agency business for a corporate agency, Andrew realised there was a real need for an independent, local and above all friendly high-street agent in East Bristol - which he went on to establish with Amelia in 2005. Andrew has made Parks a popular local choice for people selling their homes with his focus on excellent customer service. Originally from Essex, Andrew has made Bristol his home since 1998 and although he is a keen runner and likes to keep fit, you might occasionally find him in Gregg's next to the Parks office with a doughnut in hand!

Amelia - Partner

Also a Partner at Parks, Amelia met Andrew at the same corporate agency where she had been since 2000, working in financial services as an Area Manager overseeing mortgage advisors across six branches in the south west. Amelia's passion has always been in selling property though and took a keen interest in the estate agency side of the business. When the opportunity arose to launch Parks she jumped at the chance and hasn't looked back. With two young daughters Amelia knows first-hand how stressful selling your home and moving can be when you have children - that's why she goes out of her way to make sure your experience is as quick and efficient as possible.

Natasha - Negotiator

Natasha is our Sales Negotiator and comes from a background in estate agency and procurement. She deals with all aspects of the business - viewings, managing offers and scheduling appointments on properties. You won't meet an estate agent more dedicated than Natasha, so we know you'll be in very safe hands with her. When she isn't working hard all hours of the day, Natasha provides an excellent taxi service to her four sons and often spends her Sundays on the side-lines of a rugby pitch. She's also very experienced at moving house herself and is currently on her third renovation project!

Jake - Lettings Negotiator

Jake looks after all of our landlords and managed properties as well as finding homes for all our prospective tenants and has many years' experience in lettings and property management across the south west. He is also working towards gaining his certification with ARLA Propertymark in residential letting and property management. Jake has recently moved to Bristol to be closer to family and loves getting out hiking in the surrounding Bristol countryside!

Hollie is our dedicated sales progressor. That means Hollie will make sure that once we've agreed the sale of your home, everything runs as smoothly and quickly as it can so that you can get in to your new home without delay. When she's not busy chasing up buyers, agents and solicitors, Hollie is a keen fitness fanatic and you'll often find her in the gym or out running.

Wayne - Viewings Negotiator

With a career that has encompassed a number of customer service and sales management roles, Wayne works as our Saturday Negotiator, primarily conducting viewings and providing feedback to our clients. He has previously worked for independent and corporate estate agencies in the Bristol region, including in the position of Assistant Sales Manager, gaining both sales and lettings knowledge. Wayne pursues his passion for property by frequently attending local networking meetings for landlords and property investors. Away from the world of property, Wayne enjoys all the fun of the fair, operating the rides and keeping the steam engines well stoked, at a travelling vintage funfair.

I used Parks to let a flat I own. The flat is very lettable so I've never bothered with an agent before. The only reason I decided to this time is because I was very busy with work and it was one less thing to deal with.I'm glad I did, as they made the process very simple and had found a tenant that met my exacting criteria within a week. Within a fortnight the tenant was moved in and I had all the paperwork taken care of and the deposit sorted without having to lift a finger.Faultless service and at half the price of the other agents I had considered. These guys are very experienced in the area. I first bought in BS5 in 2005.
